Practical Training for Paralegal Graduates

Paralegal Practice has become an emerging need in South Africa and qualified Paralegals are in demand to assist law firms and communities. Unemployment has become a Pandemic in South Africa and SA PARALEGAL PRACTICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (SAPPTI) is playing a part in changing the unemployment statistics by offering Practicals for Paralegal Graduates to enable them to have more sound knowledge and the necessary skill when they venture in Paralegal Practice. Our Practical Training Includes We provide Paralegals with a full and intense 6 (six) Months Practical Training where they will be trained by Senior Practising Paralegals on the following:

• Where are Paralegals Found
• Types of Paralegals & Roles they play in the Legal System
• Practical Skills Useful for a Paralegal
• Establishing a Paralegal Practice
• Establishing an Advice Centre
• Referrals Procedure

Attendance of the following:

• Magistrates Court
• Small Claims Court
• Law Firm
• Paralegals Practice
• Police Station

At the end of the Practical Training, Paralegals will receive PTP Certificates (Practical Training for Paralegals).
